The entire staff was excellent, and we especially want to recognize Kemal and Anil for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. This hotel offers not only luxury but also genuine warmth and care from the team. Without question, the next time we visit Turkey, we will be staying at Pera Palace Hotel again. Highly recommended!"
