"They lied about laundry service. They didn't have it. Water was cut off for 3-4 hours in one day during my stay. The air conditioner was ruined after some days and after so many calls they changed my room. The reception wasn’t supportive at all! I asked for a restroom (WC) on my check-out day and he said I don’t know!"
