" Room cleanliness and amenities were great. The staff was very nice and the breakfast offerings were excellent. The only concern my wife and i had was the very slippery (unsafe) condition of the bath tub and shower. We both almost slipped and fell on more that one occasion and there are no hand rails for exiting the tub, which made it even more dangerous....this should be addressed, innmy opinion."

It’s location is less than a minute from the river and the promenade which runs along this side of the river. The staff are friendly and welcoming and will try to accommodate you as far as it is reasonably possible. We would strongly recommend this hotel. "

"Charming hotel with daily room servicing. Our room offered a view of the Cathedral and had fully functional windows to allow a nice cool breeze into the room. The breakfast service felt overcrowded with items not replenished in a timely manner. If you’re visiting during a busy period you may find better options elsewhere, but overall the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our visit to Strasbourg."
