"Good value for a well-located, accessible, and overall welcoming place. Anticipate a small room with reliable hot water and good pressure, working elevators, and an attentive bar and kitchen staff who should probably be running the front desk. Over the years, I'd say this is one of my favorite London stays. "Everything was excellent with the exception of the pillows whis is why i gave 4 stars. Those pillows in my bed were really terrible."

"Very nice bar and restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t have extra time to use the pool/spa facilities. My room was very comfortable."

"good food access was abit difficult other wise good place to stay"

"Great place! Clean and friendly! Delicious breakfast!"

"Extremely bad at all"

Uważajcie ponieważ jest to jawne wprowadzanie klienta w błąd!!!"

"Great option. Well located, everything went flawless."
