"Outstanding stay from start to finish! • Clean room: The room was immaculate, spacious, and spotless. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything fresh, well-stocked, and exceptionally tidy throughout the stay. • Staff: Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge was always ready with helpful recommendations. • Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide selection of high-quality Western and Asian options, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. • Shops nearby: The location couldn't be better. There is an extensive array of luxury boutiques and retail shops right inside the property, with easy access to neighboring malls and attractions."

"The hotel upgraded us to a larger room very quickly after we complained about the small size of the room. The staff are very responsive, polite and helpful. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Hongkong. The location is excellent."

"Clean and big room! The beds were really comfortable. I was pleased the room had 1 queen and 1 twin beds. A lot of hotels only have 1 double bed or 1 twin beds. It’s a convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was recently remodeled. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"I was in HK for an extended stay and had a wonderful time at this property. Breakfast each morning, gym, pool, sauna, etc. A quick walk to Kai Tak for shopping & dining and steps to the MTR. Overall plenty of space on an otherwise crowded city."
