"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"The best thing about our stay is its location which is very close to all attractions and train stations. Its walkable distance to Times Square and very lively location . There is no WiFi for the guests. The Air conditioner makes a lot of noise and you can’t sleep with that loud sound. The doors are very old and you can’t sleep hear people closing their doors very loud. The room we stayed lack the fire detector and we felt a bit less safe. The cleaning crew were good and really cleaned the room...
