"Room was small even when we upgraded to the executive. Also expensive and aged. The bathroom fixtures and TV were particularly dated. The ‘free’ breakfast wasn’t really a free breakfast but instead a bagel and a cup of coffee. I paid a lot for this stay and was very disappointed."

"The entire stay our TV did not work, there was a leak under the bathroom sink that wet all my things and we asked for towels and these services to be addressed but they never were. The room also had a mildew smell which I pray wasn't hidden mold. I understand it's a new place but they aren't very responsive to the real needs to the customers. The staff was friendly but no one ever followed through with our request for needed services."

"It’s looks really regal and all the gold accents were so nice to see around. The staff were all amazing like Jose, Edmond, and Saleem. They were so helpful when it came to parking and even getting my luggage (it was a lot) up to my floor. The only thing that was frustrating was the restaurant because even though it’s inside the hotel, I didn’t know we had to reserve a seat (which is understandable) but as a guest I just thought we could just go whenever it was available."

"Website touted free breakfast as “a rarity” in NYC. At check in we were provided a card for free coffee and a pastry from the coffee stand in lobby. Coffee stand staff said we could only have coffee. Website shd be corrected to accurately represent that you only get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Bathtub needed replacement or scrubbing. Bed linen was very crisp and clean. Thank you! But not enough to keep one warm at night."

"Property was conveniently located to Times Square, subway, etc. but property/room was simply adequate. Furnishings were badly in need of refurbishing or replacement. Room had only one light which was the main overhead light. There was a very weak bedside lamp that was barely hanging on to the fixture. Dresser and desk were pretty scarred and banged up. The black out blinds behind the window sheers had no mechanism for raising and lowering so they hand to be rolled up by hand and rested on...
