"We absolutely loved this hotel in Fernie, BC. An absolutely breathtaking location in this quaint little mountain town. The hotel was nice, very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I truly hope to visit again. Wonderful"

"The property was clean and the staff was very helpful. The price was right in the location was convenient."

"Not as clean as I would expect for a prestige hotel. Very disappointed. However it was very very hot during our stay. Our room was cool and comfortable and the ice water in the lobby was amazing!"

"The room was basic but clean and spacious enough. Coffee was often available near the lobby for free. Pool and waterslide was a bonus. Close to restaurants and some shopping."

"Lovely spacious and comfortable room and bed."

"We just stayed the night but it was a great experience. Staff was super helpful with all our questions! Pool and hot tub were lovely and so warm. Even in November the kids had a great time splashing outside. Warming up in the sauna was even better. Having food options until 10 was fantastic"

"The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed and great pillows! It was within walking distance to several pubs/lounges/restaurants. Super friendly staff! I'd absolutely stay there again."

"The staff here at lizard creek are so kind, welcome and went out of their way to make our stay so memorable! We would absolutely return here again."

"The room smelled like a ashtray. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the counter was coming unglued in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy."

"Hotel was nice, a little bit ran down. Some of the wallpaper was coming off the walls. My room only had one nightstand. Everything was clean. There weren’t any little toiletries. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but it did the job. There’s no breakfast because there’s a Denny’s connected to the hotel, but it is open 24 hours."
