"Cleanliness was a real issue. Disgusting false eyelash stuck on the quilt. Carpet and window sills not clean. No staff or reception when corporate card didn’t work. No facilities beyond room."

"It was really nice. Everybody was very helpful. The restaurant was really good. Maybe the breakfast could be a little improved and it would be very pleasantvto have an electric kettle in the room. Otherwise everything went really well."

"This hotel is within a couple blocks from Cathedral, very convenient. Not your typical reception desk…it’s inside the restaurant. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The rooms were nice and good size. There are several restaurants along the walkway and we had river view. Parking garage was near. Only complaint was the cigarette smoke from outdoor restaurants could be smelled if window was opened on 3rd floor. "
