This is a good property, it’s very well situated to visit the main sights of cologne. The hotel condition and amenities are good, but a few things bring down the rating. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. Basically, my room was never cleaned during my 2 night stay. The staff, with the exception of the lady who helped me check out, lack friendliness. They were not rude or anything, just very brief in their communication without any warmth or hospitality.
These are areas they should work on.
Overall this is a perfectly adequate hotel for a few days in cologne.
