"We found this ryokan by accident and we are extremely lucky. The ryokan is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.very peaceful and relaxing. Food was very delicious. Its a good place to rest and proceed to other destinations.

"The property is ideal for groups snowboarding or skiing. A 15 minute walk from the Yuzawa-Gala gondola, which is also the train station. There is also a ski and snowboard rental place 100 metres down the road which offer reasonable pricing, good service and a bus/van drop off service."

"This hotel was great to stay in. The room was very spacious with tatami mats and two areas to sit down and relax/work on computer including a nice couch with a table and desk with a chair.
