"The room was great! We were a family of three and they had three beds for us. It was really quiet, in a residential area more than a commercial area. We did not cook but this place had a hot plate and a couple pots and pans, a rice cooker and a strong air fan/vent and a sink in the kitchen area so you could easily cook if you wanted. And about 2-3 blocks away, there were many choices of restaurants to eat. We stayed 4 nights here and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel as the layout was good and there were many places to store and put things away. I would highly recommend this hotel. At this hotel, they do not come to clean your room during your stay but you can easily exchange your wet towels for new ones at reception. And they will empty your garbage if you put it out by 12 pm. It was close to a metro station but it was difficult to deal with luggage and all yhe stairs from the station so be prepared for that."

"The room was very clean, and I really liked the clever bathroom layout — the shower and toilet were separated from the vanity area. There were three of us staying in the room, and this setup made getting ready so much easier and far more convenient for everyone. The staff were friendly and efficient. We requested an iron twice late at night, and both times it was delivered in under five minutes, which really impressed us. The room itself was a good size, with plenty of space for the three of us to move around comfortably, and the beds were very comfortable. The only areas that could be improved are the pillows — they were quite soft and didn’t provide much support — and the laundry facilities. There were only a few washing machines available, and most guests seemed to choose the two‑hour wash cycle, which made it difficult to get a turn unless you waited physically in the laundry room. At another hotel we stayed at in Osaka, they had an app that allowed guests to check machine availability and monitor the status of their laundry in real time. A system like that would make the process much more convenient here."

"The hotel is strategically located three short blocks from the Sugamo Station on the Yamanote Line. It offers two precious amenities, a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet that provides protein, vegies, soups and cereal, yogurt and fruit cocktail, and much more. The other is the immaculate, impressive onsen on the top floor that stays open till 2 am. The beds are comfy, and the AC works on command and as cool as you want. Great value! Bravo!"
