"Comfortable villa, easy drive to Rawai and all its restaurants. supermarkets and other amenities. A particularly good coffee shop within a hundred yards. Only drawback was the rather rough road to the villa itself, but you get used to that! Spotlessly clean and beautiful towel "sculptures"!"

"Went to check in and the driver could not find the unit. We walked around trying to find the unit for about 10 min. When contacting the host his response was “ ok well I've been giving out the same directions for 20 years so I don't really know what else to give you”. we finally found the unit by a neighbor helping us because we were at their home. Upon entering the unit, it didnt match the photos posted online. There is mold on the wall in the bathrooms, the electrical outlets are falling off...

"I’ll start with the great bits, the villa has a wonderful communal balcony which we really enjoyed and the two ladies who looked after us were fantastic and served up some of the best food we had on the trip. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because there was a strong smell of damp in all the bedrooms (possibly only an issue in the rainy season) and a drainage smell in a couple of the bathrooms. Overall the villa was a little tired looking. Worth also knowing that because the pool is covered...

"I was very pleased with the property. The size of the rooms and house and pool were larger than I expected. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed the house very much. The location is walking distance to the main road where you can find bars, food, markets, and restaurants. We were there 5 days and spent about 1200B for electricity in addition which was not unexpected. The agency was very kind and helpful. Overall I was very happy and would recommend this to anyone who is interested"
