"Front the moment Sugar checked me in at the front desk to the every moment of interactions I've had with all staff members of this hotelthey we all very Warm and Sincere. They made me feel like family and I truly felt their love and appreciation. The property is very well maintained, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic. My all you can eat dining at Chao was exceptional thanks to Penny and Pookpick. My only recommendation would be to over a different option for lunch,as its similar option thats available for the dinner."
