"We were in Knoxville for a smokies game. This hotel is fantastic. Downtown and close to everything. The firefly outdoor bar is really nice and great place to hav a nightcap. Since we couldn’t check in until 2, the staff graciously allowed us to hang out at the pool (located on the 3rd floor with nice city views) until our room was ready. And compared to the other downtown luxury hotels, this Hilton was a great value. "

Second, but more importantly, I want to tell you that ‘Sandy’ was outstanding and very thoughtful. On Sunday, 06/22/25, during the evening hours, my husband experienced the onset of his first kidney stone, which led to an ambulance ride to a local hospital. Sandy was a tremendous help to me during this time by handling the logistics for me since we were out of our element, so to speak. She even checked on use later. I think your company needs to know that she is an outstanding representative for you, and serves you well. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you for all your help Sandy!"
