"I booked this room as a birthday vacation for my mother, and it is such an impressive resort! A clean and relaxing place to stay! The staff is courteous and accommodating! The shower with three different shower heads was wonderful! Our private balcony overlooked the pool, sunbathing pools, Little Pigeon River, and part of Gatlinburg with mountains. We will be back!"

"Room was very spacious and enjoyed sitting on balcony overlooking huge pool area. Bed comfortable and towels very nice. New hotel so everything in great condition. Pool and lazy river and got tub were really nice. Free pinball and games in lobby. Only complaint was the closing of fire pits and pool with the slightest forcast of poor weather way too far in advance of weather getting there or it never even came. Strongly recommend this hotel for families with kids or just adults. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient location to everything in pigeon forge."

Shower pressure was fantastic! Good, clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Walking distance to all sorts of shops, restaurants and attractions. Also a quick drive to Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend checking this place out! "
