"This business hotel was conveniently located in the quieter west side of bustling hub city of Shinjuku, providing access to many major trains and subways. It was also great for shopping and great affordable dining. The room was clean and useful though it was rather tight for a couple of adults. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and stay here again."

"good"

"Lovely hotel, with a modern warm aesthetic vibe and great location. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had great variety along with quality and nice restaurant and bakery facilities. Very pleased with experience."

"Very convenient from the airport 10 minutes walk. We arrived midnight and we're helped right away. No hassle at all. Staff very friendly"

Not much protein offeres. Also only 1 of each item and not repeat. One staff member (cook?) was rude and basically threw things on the tray. Aside from that, OK. Some good shishimi close by!"

"Very clean"

"Conveniently located, clean rooms and amenities!! Highly recommended."

"This is a big hotel, so it tends to get dirty pretty quickly. The common area to eat a meal, for example, got dirty a bit. Also, the public bath gets a lot of traffic, so it gets dirty too. I believe they could use more help in keeping it clean, as this was the second APA Hotel I stayed out. The view was great from our room, but you can't open the window at all, so you have to open the door, so you can get some fresh air, as the rooms are quite small.
