With two large suitcases laid flat on the floor, we were still able to move around (that may not be possible in other Japanese hotels, especially in big cities). The hotel was close to train station and tracks but was quiet. We did not try the western style breakfast buffet, as that did not suite our taste. "Overall very good to stay, but just one disappointed was a reception guy when we checked in. He firstly insisting that the hotel would not provide a linen(towel, tooth brush, etc.) and breakfast services for my son under their hotel policy. Sounds too much protective stance, and made us very unhappy. He should be re-educated."

"Excellent location close to Sannomiya station .. limo bus from Itami airport stops nearby.. one stop on underground to Shin -Kobe Shinkansen station too. Lawson convenience store is next to hotel aeon supermarket very close as well. No gym but the other facilities you expect. Good room size for mainland Japan. Would stay again."

"Not far from Sannomiya Station, and the room was nice enough for travelers who only seek for a private and clean place to stay! Although they do not provide free bottle water, there are vending machines in the hotel and a convenient store nearby."
