"Hotel staff were very hospitable! Check in was simple and quick! They delivered my delivered luggage to the room ahead of time. The rooms are not up to date, but very clean and has all the amenities. Convenient location for points of interest near the waterfront but a 15 minute walk to Sannomiya. This was my second time in this hotel and I would stay again."

"windows cannot be opened and the room has weird smell. hotel is extremely old. Luckily the staff gave us fan in the room to ease the heat, which cannot be controlled, and the to fan off the smell."
