"Lovely hotel overall 2 negative points is one the breakfast availability as every day food ran out and very slow reaction to refills so you had finished before more available. Secondly the hotel appeared to be very focussed on sustainability but a bit far with the lifts . Seems a new hotel but 2 lifts always turned off so only one working at anytime which stopped working one day so saw people dragging suitcases up 5 flights . " This is a lovely well kept hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to all that Exeter has to offer. I had a stunning room overlooking the Cathedral. I had not appreciated that there is no pick up or drop off point near the hotel.
