"Great location "

"The property is clean and quiet though many features are dated. The room is spacious but the bathroom is smaller than expected. Hot breakfast is a plus with fairly good selections, particularly fresh fruits and freshly made warm oatmeal. The service is great, but be prepared to tip the server, as at the end you will be given a check with an area where a tip amount is to be filled in. We were a bit disappointed by the upgraded internet package. It is so slow and we ended up using our own Google internet connection which is way much faster than Hilton upgraded internet option. The front desk removed the charge for one day during check out. We booked with the Executive Lounge option, but upon our arrival, we were informed that the option has been closed years ago, so we were not sure why it is still showing up in the room option for selection. Overall, it was a nice stay and we don’t mind coming back in the future."

"I was first given room 111. Rug was unfortunately very damp on arrival and after going back up to front reception was given an upgraded room #104 that turned out nicely as originally expected. The only downfall is that the adjacent elevator next door makes compressor noises as it goes up and down. The real reason I gave you good to excellent marks was your staff. Very attentive with the larger room upgrade. Parry the night reception check- in host responded well after my complaint. Kudos. Also, I must mention the breakfast staff attendant / chef was terrific and super pleasant. She was very attentive and friendly smile with a clean service area and a great selection. The only other area to be given a lower mark would be the jacuzzi jets needed to be improved. Clean, hot and bubbly but no nozzle force for the feets!l Great tub and pool though. Will be back through and I will next request room #109 away from the elevator. A little more improvement and perhaps more landscaping / trees would really make you stand out from everyone else! "Nice"

"The reception desk was kind and delightful. They were having a system issue that was impacting check-ins and they were so nice and polite. I had a memorial to get to and they walked me to my room to check in so I could get ready and be on time. The ladies continued to be kind even when other folks were escalating due to an Expedia booking error that wasn’t on the hotel. And let me tell you, some folks aren’t nice. These ladies stayed calm, had to be firm but never vented or said anything unprofessional. I was really impressed. It was a heatwave and folks were coming in already “hot.” They were giving everyone water and helping with bags. Again super impressed and it’s so walkable from the BART station. "
