"Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. "This is a wonderful little place with everything you need right in the heart of Walnut Creek. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The hot tub on the roof overlooks the area and you can watch the sunset while soaking in the warm water. Highly recommended."

"This unit was NOT a quiet getaway. The exterior environment was great. People seemed nice and quiet. However, the unit’s windows are right on the street, so you constantly hear cars and motorcycles zooming down the street. This street noise is only drowned out when you turn on the heat, which sounds like an airplane taking off inside the apartment. If you turn off the heat the apartment temp dips to 67 degrees. Also, I wonder if there are several units available because the unit does not look...

"The property is extremely clean, well stocked, very comfortable and perfectly located. This was our second stay and it was just as successful as the first time. The property manager was attentive and helpful. The property is convenient with a short walk to great shopping, restaurants and many other conveniences. I highly recommend it!"
