"Really enjoyed the stay!
The transport accessibility is convenient, even though takes one hour to most of the attractions.
Super comfortable mattresses.
Appreciate shortbread and water refill each day.
Delicious breakfast with cheese/meat, freshly baked croissant and menu choice for egg plates. Starts 6.30 weekdays and 7.30 weekends.
Restaurant available in the backyard.
I wish there was lotion available. Room might need light refurbishing."

"On the first night of my stay, the hot water wasn’t working, so I had to take a cold shower. When I first brought up the issue, I was disappointed that her initial response was not an apology. I would have appreciated a simple and sincere apology for the inconvenience. I also had to ask about compensation myself, rather than having it offered proactively. I was eventually provided with some bottled water, but I felt that a sincere apology should have come first."

"The property was well situated and very close to Waterloo station. The staff were all very helpful and nice from the check in up to the check out. The room was nice and clean and bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was really good as well. "The bed was very comfortable, the shower worked fine but the room was very hot it was mid-20s in August so that's expected there were two fans in the room but didn't really do much. the breakfast was amazing there's a selection of buffet style foods where you can make your own toast, pastries, cereal, fruit and you can order your breakfast from a menu to be cooked fresh we also used the luggage room for our heavy bag so we could wonder around London the next day and come back and collect it...
