I paid extra for a room with a garden view as having stayed on this street before the front is very noisy due to trams running on the road in front. This room was also larger. When I arrived I was given a room facing the front of the hotel and didn’t have a view let alone a garden view. All I had was sky lights. Only half of the room was accesible as it was unsafe to acces the bed...

"There is no staff or check-in area and signs are not well posted. Good thing I looked up google street view before getting there. Heat was inadequate and we slept in clothes and the sheets had stains on them. The bed was a worn out saggy mattress as are the sofas in the common area. There was no curtain so anyone with a window on the couryard could see through the thin sheer. The clothes wardrobe in our room was missing a door. We couldnt lock the door to the shower room so took turns watching...
