"Second time to the resort, great for the kids (5 and 7). Multiple pools and slides, height restrictions on some. Kids club every day apart from Sundays. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful. Rooms are starting to get a bit tired but are ok, daily clean, towel replacement and beds made. "

"Wow, this is best holiday I have ever been I give everything out of 10. From the pools, everyday activities, night activities, location next to the beach, spa . All the staff I came across were amazing. I can’t not say anything negative about this hotel. The only thing I would recommend is thinner pillows esp for kids rather than that everything else perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a holiday in turkey to book this . "Check in was an absolute disaster- they had no confirmation of booking from Expedia. They refused to accept my confirmation and requested payments as a holding fee. Food - hit and miss, had better. Decent rooms and facilities. Not for me going forward."

"excellent stay again. food in buffet is excellent quality and always hot. same for bbq and levante restaurants. all staff friendly and smiley. main pool is heated warmer than babies and kids pools and is a lovely temperature. only negatives is that you are pinned in like sardines on the loungers around the pools. the main pool is the same depth throughout. it would be great if there was a slopped entry and more shallow area so that our 7 year old was not out of their depth"
