Best vacation ever

Great welcome with champagne and our luggage brought to our room. Fruit and bottle of wine at arrival in room, refill a few days later. Housekeeping with change of sheets and towels every day. Small problem with our friends room, quickly fixed by the staff; upgrade to bigger and nicer room with 2 bedrooms, separate livingroom, 2 balconys and jacuzzi Excellent food in main restaurant and the snackbar next to the beach. Fantastic service by the staff in main restaurant, we felt very good taken care of the whole week. Very clean and nice everywhere, no mess at restrooms or anywhere else. Great drinks at Irish pub and Poolbar, friendly and welcoming staff all over. Very helpfull concierge, thanks, Lisa. Animation team was fun and you could see they were really trying to activate us. Very satisfied with both the hairdresser and the Spa/hamam-treatments. Would recommend hotel to all my friends and would love to go back.

Sehr große Anlage, viele Gäste leider das Essen war kalt. Ich habe ein Magen Vergiftung bekommen und musste ich im Krankenhaus behandelt werden. Ansonsten war alles ok!

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, nur war es wegen der Pandemie noch geschlossen, uns wurde vom hotel direkt ein Angebot gemacht für das Club turan Prince World. Wir haben eine kostenlose Upgrade für ein Meerblick Suite bekommen ,worüber wir sehr erfreut waren. Als wir hier ankamen dachten wir einfach nur wow ,es ist alles so sauber im Restaurant bereich auf der Aussenanlage im Pool ,am Meer die Zimmer werden täglich gesäubert und wirklich gesäubert nciht einfach so . Die Mitarbeiter sind so herzlichst zu jedem ,es gibt so viel für die kleinen genauso wie für die großen. Das Essen war jeden Tag frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker es gibt so viel auswahl. Die Pools sind sehr sauber genau so wie alles andere. Jeden Abend gab es eine Animation was sehr schön Organisiert. Ich danke jedem Einzelnen für diesen Wundervollen Urlaub. Wir waren in sehr viele Luxuriösen Hotels es ist vergleichbar mit diesen Hotels sogar besser .Als wir ankamen und auf unser Zimmer gewartet haben kam Herr Fatih er hat uns so herzlichst begrüßt als ob wir uns Jahrzehnte kannten es gab nicht eine Sache die ich bemängeln könnte das war nicht unser letztes mal wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen durch unsere Empfehlung kommt schon die erste Familie nächste Woche ps.: eine kleine Empfehlung der Strand ist super schön nur der Übergang vom Sand ins Meer sind mit kleinen Kieselsteinen da empfehl ich Badeschuhe mit zu bringen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir um eine Woche verlängert haben😊

Sehr sauberes, kinderfreundliches Hotel mit viel Aktivitäten. Coronabedingt etwas Einschränkung beim Essensangebot - es ist nicht praktisch, wenn man beim Buffet nicht selber schöpfen kann. Das Personal ist etwas zurückhaltender als beim anderen Hotels - aber stets nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne wieder ins Hotel gehen.

Unterkunft und Angebot waren sehr gut. Buffet auch. Die Kinderbetreuung lies in diesem Jahr zu wünschen übrig. Es liegt halt an den einzelnen Animateuren vor ort.

Great family place, great entertainment. Staff were really friendly, special mention to Atillda Yildiz who went above and beyond on our last dinner, also Ismail from the evening waitress and Bayram from the pool bar, everyone was just very friendly and really nice. Things that can improve: better guide at beginning as the place is huge, internet connection (although i enjoyed being phone free most if the times) was very bad and definitely need different pillows as they are just to firm and thick. Overall we had a very good time, and kids definitely enjoyed every moment. Once again great family resort

Mielestäni todella hieno hotelli. Villa huoneet upeat! Villoilla oma uima-allas, joka oli kätevä lasten kanssa. Välimatkat olivat hieman pitkät, mutta se ei menoa haitannut. Sokkeloinen hotelli on, siihen meni aikaa että löysi kaikki paikat, emmekä me varmaan osanneet ottaa kaikkea irti hotellista. Hotelli on hieman syrjempänä, mutta kannattaa ehdottomasti käyttää päivä että käy Sidessä. Alacarte ravintolat ei toimi niinkuin respasta opastetaan, siihen kannattaa varautua. Välillä myös todella huonoa asiakaspalvelua, onneksi pääosin hyvää! Saksaa kannattaa osata, koska kaikki puhuvat saksaa, harvempi englantia.

Hotellin yleistilat olivat siistit ja ulkoalueet hyvin hoidettuja, tosin kellarikerroksessa haisi vahvasti home. Ravintolan ruokatarjonta ei vaikuttanut kovin laadukkaalta ja vaihtoehtoihin kyllästyi nopeasti. Kaksi matkaseurueestamme sai vatsataudin ruuasta. Uima-altaat olivat hyvin hoidettuja ja lapset niistä tykkäsivät.

The property was great a bit of a disappointment that people with mobility issues were sent to a far apartment and when asked for a change we’re asking for more money it’s a disappointment at the time when you get to the resort to find that out that all the popular things were on the opposite side of the resort asked for a wheelchair they said you had they said you have to pay for a lease per day let me tell you it’s a far stretchy walk to the othe side once you are booked no one cares about your struggles most of the time we stayed were the room was because of mobility issues really sad for my kids the salon in the hotel was a proper rip of as when the service they provided wasn’t in the appropriate Mann also a rip off when agreeing a price and when finished claiming you didn’t understand what they were saying When he clearly said he Charged us double the price and cut my daughter fringe to short

Gewoon een fijn hotel met alles erop en eraan! Alleen wel jammer dat voor ons de bedden iets te hard waren!! Dat is eenvoudig op te lossen door goede toppers!!
