"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again. "

"It was an enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was alright, the beach area was fantastic and you can freely use sunbeds. However, the breakfast could have been better."

"Second time to the resort, great for the kids (5 and 7). Multiple pools and slides, height restrictions on some. Kids club every day apart from Sundays. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful. Rooms are starting to get a bit tired but are ok, daily clean, towel replacement and beds made. "

"Wow, this is best holiday I have ever been I give everything out of 10. From the pools, everyday activities, night activities, location next to the beach, spa . All the staff I came across were amazing. I can’t not say anything negative about this hotel. The only thing I would recommend is thinner pillows esp for kids rather than that everything else perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a holiday in turkey to book this . "The hotel and grounds were stunning, and our sea view room with a balcony was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. A dizzying variety of food was offered in the dining room. The outdoor nightly entertainment was delightful."
