"Great location. We were able to walk to Dotonbori/Ibisu area in about 10 minutes. We frequently used the 7-Eleven on the 4th floor. The laundry room was convenient but busy. We had corner rooms on a high floor and the views were great. We also loved the JR Namba Station/OCAT building just out the back of the hotel which has a grocery store in the basement as well as many shops and restaurants throughout the building. The hotel was in great shape and clean."

"I just want to point out to parents that adjoining room is 2 rooms next door to each other. They are not connecting to each other with an interior door. This property doesn’t have connecting rooms but adjoining room only. The stay is fine but did not realize that the hotel is doing some wall painting work so the window and window shades have to be closed."
