The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and even though it was little, i was incredibly thankful that they were able to print off my Shinkansen tickets. "The room and toilet is a little small but overall is great just 3min walk to the shopping mall and 10min to train station .The room and toilet is clean ,staff are helpful and friendly .Value for money and is near the airport .I arrange a pick up from the airport and all goes very well ."
