"お部屋は広くて良かったのですが、山がすぐ裏にあり風が強すぎてバーベキューがテラスで出来ず、コンロを移動させて部屋から直ぐに出たところで焼く事になったので、あまりバーベキューをした感じになら無かったのが残念😢 何よりも、入室する際の細かい説明がなされておらず、暗証番号を入力と記載があったがタッチパネルが壊れており、キーボックスの場所も説明がなかったので、探しまわり、結果カスタマーに連絡し、初めて場所がわかった！入るまでにキーボックスめ硬くすぐに開かなかったので苦戦し、15分〜20分もかかり不満に思った！それ以外は、ゆっくり寛げて良かったです。チェックアウトが10時だと周りで遊ぶ所が開いておらず、11時だともっと良いと思った。"

"中は、きれいにリフォームされていましたが、1か所だけ壁に穴が開いていました。あと、リビングの扉の把手が動かず何度か閉じ込められました。窓から見る景色は最高でした。また、利用したいと思います。"

"Very big hotel. Twin standard room was very big. Very comfortable. Vibe is more towards older / sophisticated / formal. We didn’t do more than sleep there. Breakfast buffet was twice what paid in Kyoto so we skipped it. Easy walk to China Town / JR line station. Shin line is farther, not walking distance. Lots of restaurant's in the area. We day tripped to Himeji and Osaka from Kobe. Good location. "
