"I booked a single bedroom with shared bathroom. I appreciate the tea coffee kettle facilities and small fridge. However i wish there is a glass and a teaspoon, not just 1 cup. I've been to a 3 star motel and they have cups and glasses and teaspoon. This is a 4 star hotel so i expect to have a glass, cup and teaspoon (not throwaway stirer). "Location is central to most parts of central Sydney, or cheaply accessed with Taxi/uber. There’s plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel, and a Woolworths 5 minute walk from hotel. The staff I dealt with (Matthew & Dennis), very helpful and friendly. The hotel is always tidy, and good to stay at. A HUGE THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY!!!"
