"Wonderful experience."

"Lovely location really enjoyed my stay just slightly disappointed in the bedroom not been hoovered and only one towel being replaced for the second day Otherwise a lovely stay"

"The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room we received was very comfortable and clean. Parking was available near the hotel."

"Very nice surprise with the location at the bottom of Roseberry Toppin , didn’t know about this until we arrived . The hotel is a treat to stay there. We were going to a friends house in Whitby and travelling from west of Scotland. Hence it was good to stop off , we visited Stokesley near bye and loved the English village life . We will stop here again and the cost was worth it."

"Lovely stay - fast check in, great lunch in the restaurant and an even better breakfast was had. We got a b&b deal through Expedia which included a full continental breakfast for starters and then a hot meal. I had eggs Benedict and my husband had the full English. Very nice setting and outlook. "A beautiful room, so relaxing. We loved it all. Only shame was that always greeted with empty reception, but didn’t have to wait too long x"

"The lady on reception last night was lovely. Showed us round the facilities and to my room. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Was going for an operation so want able to do breakfast but I’d definitely book again and bring my girls. The hotel was a lovely old manor style house with all its features."

"This is an excellent hotel. It is a fairly typical modern mid range hotel in itself, but seems to be better maintained and run than most. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and checked in by a chap called Andrew, who was also around at breakfast the following morning, working very hard and looking like he knew exactly what he was doing. I wouldn't often single out an employee but I thought he deserves the praise. The hotel has a small but good lgym downstairs. The waffle maker at...

"Lovely staff, friendly people. Huge carpark, reasonably priced bar. Comfy bed, loads of hot water and an actual bath! Close to town but lots of green around the hotel. Always first choice to stay here when we're visiting family in Boro"
