"Really loved the location of this hotel! Very quiet. The staff was super nice and they had a fridge AND microwave in the room which was a massive plus as we had to throw out a lot of food due to other hotels not providing a way to heat up leftovers"

The maverick will be our default stay every time we're in Alpine...my home town (AHS '64 &. SR '68). We were glad the Holland Hotel was available until 8 pm for checkin, as we were rushing and would have missed the 7pm noted on the Maverick paperwork. First night fans were a noise problem, however, the cleaning crew had already alerted management and they were repaired first thing second morning. Perfect then on! Trains noisy, but nothing new there, no matter where you stay in Alpine. The old Siesta Motel could not have received a better makeover than what the Holland Hotel folks created. Excellent quality! The Maverick was the best stay we've had in Alpine in a long, long time!! Thank you!"
