"Awful customer service, the manager (Christina) is so rude and so her colleagues. Very Poor food and hygiene standards. Hotel itself too far from the airport, old, the interior is cold and uninviting. The close by restaurants are expensive and food is not great, also service is not great. This village is not the holiday destination!"

We wouden een nummer voor een taxi hebben zodat we zelf konden bellen, maar ze bood gelijk aan om voor ons te bellen! Super aardig en super attent. Elke ochtend kwamen ze schoonmaken, als je dat wilde. Deze vrouwen waren ook super aardig en deden alles netjes. "AC was not working on the first night however they did move us to another room thankfully only because of kids apparently. Was a little disappointed with the food choices. Unfortunate there was no external performance since you were the entertainment. Overall a passable stay. 6/10"

"Staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly. Pool area and beach were also fabulous. Only downside was that we weren’t allowed to drink our complimentary sparkling wine by the pool, unsure why but it was a little odd. Would definitely come again though, hotel was beaitiful"

"Absolutely amazing, brilliant staff, food & hotel! We upgraded our room to a suite on arrival as the smaller rooms are pretty small & dark, definitely would do this on arrival it’s €25/30 a night. The only problem is the sunbeds. They get taken by 9am & staff removed belongings on random days which can be an issue, doesn’t seem to be enough sunbeds for the guests at the hotel. I couldn’t recommended the staff and food highly enough, will defo be returning!! "
