We had to wait 45 mins for our room to be ready when we arrived at our check-in time (3pm) - while the lobby area is really nice, I wish they had offered to hold our bags and let us hang out ...

The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel
Tedious check in process, nice comfortable room but had no bedside lamps ! Worst of all, a disco nearby blared loud music until 2am (airline crews staying at the hotel have been complaining for some time) and all the hotel person said was “it’s outside our property so we can do nothing about it”
