"The house was very cozy. We enjoyed the neighborhood so close to kings beach and incline village. Lots of hiking trails just perfect. The house amenities were right on point. Great place for our dogs, they love the backyard. Quiet area, friendly neighbors. I will stay again next time I return to Lake Tahoe. "

"From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The thoughtful basket of goodies, on the kitchen island, the home clean and cozy on arrival. The downstairs bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very small, yet all of my husband and my toiletries all fit in the space. The two sofas very comfortable and enough space in the living room for yoga or an at home workout. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a meal each day of our stay. The lake, restaurants and shops all walking withinwalking distance. The only item missing, is a vacuum cleaner and I say this as a clean freak. I like to keep things tidy no matter where I stay. We were able to hike several trails during our stay. We want to thank Andrea for all of her kind and thoughtful hospitality. We look forward to returning."

"Missing body wash, stained walls everywhere, bedsheets were also stained with random spots and paint, bathroom sink was clearly not cleaned and overall place had a smell. Would not stay here again."
