"Our experience staying here was one of the best trips we've ever had and this is now one of my favorite places to stay anywhere. Everyone staying there at the same time was raving about it as well. I noted other reviews mention Wi-Fi issues and the fact that the restaurant burned down in a fire. We had perfect Wi-Fi the entire time, a small breakfast was served, and there are a couple of restaurants a short drive away. "

"We came into Salinas for a funeral and since it was the weekend of the concourse de elegance there were no rooms available in salinas or monterey that wete reasonably priced. So i looked in soledad and was a little nervous being a motel 6 in soledad. However i was pleasently surprised as to how clean our room was, we didnt use the pool but it was very clean and beautifully set up, the water preasure was good, but the beds were the best. They were so comfortable i dusnt feel like i was sleeping in a hotel much less a motel 6. I was very grateful for the comfort and cleanliness. "
