Great location, just to the side of a retail estate, so very easy to find and shops a short walk if you need to grab some food/ clothes. Unfortunately we arrived after 7m so my daughter wasn't allowed in the pool, but it was a peaceful nights sleep"

"I was allocated a room which was really small, noisy from the lifts going up and down for two nights. I went to the front desk with my complain, thanks to CARRIE for changing me to another room which was big, clean, quiet and really beautiful. I even added another night stay because I felt so happy. Downside is no private bathroom, but obviously I knew that before booking and the shared bathrooms were no problem in that was always vacant when I wanted to use it. One word of warning, and this is an expedia issue is that the pin location that they have set for this hotel is 1.8 miles off, meaning if you are there for an event you are 35-40 minutes walk away from where you thought you was. Very misleading. Not the hotels fault but there is nowhere else to put this. Hotel was spot on, thank you"
