"Incredible stay at the Sands on Golden Lake. We arrived by snowmobile, and Zach checked us in, gave us the keys to our chalet, and also made us takeout. He even delivered the food to us! The chalet was perfect, looked to be newly renovated and had everything we needed. We departed by snowmobile in the morning and there was a grab and go type of breakfast for us. Perfect! The OFSC snowmobile trail goes right through the property. Move love needs to be given to the Sands, and it should be a...

"The trailer was older but fully functional. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful. The space was very nice with trails, canoeing, and the full camping experience. "Loved the beach and sandy lake bottom. Didn’t like being right on highway 60, lots of traffic noise. The kitchen was very dark and the light over the sink wasn’t working. Everyone had to walk through the main bedroom to use the only shower, the hosts left their bar of soap, toothbrush and paste and a razor.
