"This is an excellent location from which to explore Maui. We would take the quick walk to the beach in the morning, explore the island in the afternoon and walk or drive to Kihei or Wailea for dinner. Pros: location, size of unit, kitchenette, free and ample parking, laundry, housekeeping, availability of host, clean pool, family atmosphere. As things get updated, it will be even better. We will be staying here again."

"The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We made use of the free shuttle to do some shopping as well as the luggage storage on our last day. We also enjoyed the drinks we had at the poolside bar. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The grounds are stunning, the valet staff were amazing! The rooms are about average, the staff working the resort pool and beach were hit or miss. Cleaning staff was kind and thorough as were the staff at the desk at check in. The $55 resort charge, additional taxes and fees added up quickly. The charges for the resort were confusing and even when we attempted to utilize there were additional fees for almost everything offered so it felt confusing and misleading. No microwaves in the rooms either which would have been helpful to heat up leftovers and quick meals in between all the eating out. Would like to visit again but most likely will choose a different place to stay."

"Great ocean views from both lanais in this corner unit condo. Loved having our coffee while watching the ocean and activities at Kalama Park. The recliners with footstools are the main reason we chose this unit and they were as comfortable as we hoped (my husband sleeps in a recliner). The condo contained everything needed for a cozy home experience. The South Maui Gardens and food trucks nearby made dining out easy and the Kihei Kalama marketplace was a fun shopping exploration. Foodland is also just a short jaunt up the street, very close to the Kihei Kalama marketplace. We highly recommend this condo and definitely would stay here again."

"The family enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Enjoyed the little beach/beach equipment. Chris was responsive & polite. Loved having the separate cottage. Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the property. House needs a deep clean. Outside decks were filthy. Tiled walkways were broken and dangerous."

"This home is not waterfront! This is an apartment with a pool available! The host sleeps directly above. As a result, we were awoken by their alarm clock and footsteps at 4:30 each morning. There is not an effective cooking capability. The host has attempted to cobble together kitchen ware that is not effective if you plan on cooking for your family. The only dining area is outside. Very small couch for the advertised sleepers. Generally dirty home. WiFi is incredibly slow. Furnishings are in a state of disrepair. The bunk room smells like urine. The screen doors are ineffective. This apartment is worth half of the rent we paid for it. Overall, a super disappointing stay, but the island of Maui made it great!The host was super responsive and there is a lot of beach gear."
