"We had a hectic arrival from Haneda and late check-in at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location of the hotel but by the property itself. What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient. "We had a great stay here as a family of 4. Convenient, clean, and spacious as Tokyo hotel rooms go. And the staff went above and beyond in a situation where we caused a problem. We thought we had booked one more night and were out visiting sites. But our stay had expired and the staff couldn't reach us about checkout. They needed it cleaned for a new guest. So they packed up our stuff and stored it for us until we arrived later in the afternoon. And they were very understanding and nice after our mistake. We highly highly recommend this hotel."
