"It was close to restaurants and the hotel was very clean and well maintained."

"nice location."

"The bathroom could have been cleaner. It may be also do to fact that there isn’t an exhaust fan/vent in bathroom. Staff could have been more friendly at check in."

"We were only at the Hyatt for one night and did not use any of the amenities. The facility was nice, and the staff was especially welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the huge TV in our small room (302) which made it necessary to be quite careful when going around the corner to the bathroom. The corner of the TV was even with the edge of the wall which made it very easy to run into. Seems like a smaller TV would have been quite adequate and safer for guests."

"Was not happy with my last stay carpet looked like blood on it manger told me it was not that should have comp my room the manager gave me50 off did not even get that off my bill very unhappy"

"The hotel and the majority of the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, one female front desk clerk significantly impacted my experience. I needed to extend my stay for work and was unaware that my physical credit card was required to complete the additional charge. I called ahead and explained that I would bring my card by 5:00 p.m. after work and was assured that would be fine. Despite this agreement, my friend, who was caring for my dog, was locked out of my room and denied access...

"Good"

"The room was everything I needed it to be! The only negative was that the bar was closed during my stay. Other than that, I will be back for all my work trips!"
