"We went to the bar asked for 3 different types of drinks that they had on the menu and thy were out of them. When we got back from our show around 10:30 they were closed. And there’s not any other place to walk to."

"I had a very nice comfortable 4-day stay in the apartment I got there it was very clean very nice like the layout very pet friendly my dog enjoyed himself there it was nice location centrally located to places I wanted to go to I would recommend this to other people"

"Great location! We ended up walking downtown and enjoyed the area, no need to drive at all. The only thing I world day is the front door isn't clearly labeled so we did take a minute to figure out which one was ours and if you can't sleep with beightnes the bedroom is very bright all night and you can hear all noises out the bedroom window.. The place was clean, the shower was great and if we were to go to Dayton again I'd stay here..with a sleep mask. "

"This was our second stay at this location. It is very roomy for our family with lots of amenities for all ages. The property is clean, spacious and comfortable. A very short walk to downtown and the riverfront. Highly recommend. "
