"The lady at the front desk was so kind and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. If I could rate 10 stars I would. My grand baby spilled water and she was so polite. We offered to clean it and she was not irritated by what happened. I could not sense once iota of insincerity when she told us it was okay. Her name is Callie and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves for outstanding customer service. The room was clean, smelled nice and was spacious. The pool area could use an upgrade but all in all, I highly recommend. Customer is by far the most important aspect of any service experience. "

"Overall it was fair. I left a note before leaving. My husband let them know the tv wasn’t working and to try something, we did but the tv still did not work (no reception) tried calling the service desk 5 times and was never answered. 3 stars "

"Hotel was fine but not picturesque. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was a little removed from the historic downtown, but we had a car so thst wasn’t a problem. We like going for walks but were limited to highway shoulders. "
