He brought us a blanket and sheet when we needed them, gave us great directions, our daughter wasn’t feeling well and he found much needed bread in the kitchen. We were so focused on our daughter we even neglected to tip him. He was very kind and patient any way. The definition of extreme customer service! Thank you"

"The property is way nicer in the pictures than what actually exists. The baseboards are super dirty and or just missing paint. Walls/doors. Same. The entire interior just felt dirty. The backyard is much smaller and full of weeds and not well taken care of. The backyard smelled like a dead animal/trash. The host sent someone and the febreeze/lysol masked it for about 12-24 hours and then came back. Hot tub cover was broken/caved in and nasty so we never even attempted it. Pool was fine. You have to request the pool lights to be turned on each night. Overall it was a lot of money for a pretty run down and dirty place with minimal towels. I would 100% try a new place before I did this again. Even if it was a little more money. 4/5 overall stars because I’m trying to be kind but I also need to be honest. Maybe they’ll spruce it up. Wouldn’t take that much. But it needs it."
