"Early in the season so not everything was open. Pool very cold beginning of May. Food was excellent, drinks not so much in all-inclusive as they are using pre-made mixes."

"This was a true gem - Staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was my birthday on our check-in and we were upgraded to their best suite with an amazing view - encourages us to stay another night. Zana in guest experiences was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous pools, beach access right from the hotel, and Rethymno itself is a gorgeous city."

"On arrival the told us that they just painted the shower floor and not to use it for an hour. Well 6 hours later still wet.y foot went right through the painted floor. They said they were full and they could not move us. That night I got food poisoning. So our stay here was not so great. We were so disappointed. The food was really good too. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beautiful surroundings. The place definitely needs updates though."

"Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and genuinely attentive, friendly staff. It’s a shame the weather wasn’t great, as we couldn’t fully enjoy the lovely pools and bar area. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from Rethymnon, which is manageable and pleasant. Despite the weather, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
