Everything was outstanding during our stay. Would highly recommend stopping in for a few days. Thank you to all the staff that worked so hard to make our stay a memorable one.
the place was great , the staff of the hotel an also of the spa was very professionals.... the only bad thing that I have to say is that the rooms are very small....
A brilliant hotel. We felt so at peace here. We were here for a wedding nearby, and this was a piece of paradise. Set on the gorgeous beach, I could watch the waves from the pool all day. The buffet restaurant was really good too. Staff were really helpful and it was really clean. Lots of places to relax, no fight for sunbeds either. Will definitely be returning

Didn’t know about the extension to the Hotel and the major construction work being carried out . From 7.30 - 5pm every day . Not restful .They made me a derisory offer for the inconvenience.
Maisonette rooms are small and only have limited, very short wardrobe space so be prepared to live out of a suitcase.
Now the positives . Staff superb ( not management staff) beach is nice and quiet no problem getting a sub bed. Pat and Giannis and team looked after us so well. The beach and bar food is good and generous portions. The sea can be choppy and also rocky take or buy sea shoes.
The area around the Hotel is OK very local and the restaurants are average. Rethymno is a 10 minute taxi ride and is a lovely town with great restaurants and shops.
Nice spa and good
Massages .
This place will be lovely when finished in Aug 26 but at the moment it’s noisy.
Very nice and luxurious experience. Breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly and helpful and the design of the outdoor space is very pretty.
Our room was a bit smaller than what we expected based on the photos. But generally we had a very nice vacation.
Beautiful Property, Poor Execution
While the facility itself is stunning, several issues made for a disappointing stay that fell short of a five-star experience:
• Room Quality & Amenities: Our "double" bed was actually two singles pushed together. Furthermore, basic amenities like hand soap and body lotion were missing from our sink, though we noticed them in other rooms.
• Construction Noise: We were woken up daily by loud machinery from the hotel’s own expansion project. When we complained, the reception dismissively suggested we simply stay inside with the doors closed.
• Service Failures: We were locked out of our room for nearly two hours. While we were given a temporary room to wait in, no further effort was made to compensate for the significant inconvenience.
• Dining Issues: Under the half-board plan, we were surprised to find that even water incurred an extra charge. Additionally, coffee service (coffee is made by a machine) at breakfast was consistently slow; a self-service station would be much more efficient.
The Highlights:
The food is fresh and healthy, the gym and spa are well-maintained, and the adjacent parking is very convenient.
However, the management and attention to detail need significant improvement.

Disliked: Staff & service
We were disappointed with the size of the zoom. It was very tight and not enough space for luggage.
The hot tub was not clean and no instructions on how to use it.
Food in the bar area was excellent as were the staff there.
I thought a simple request to clean our water bottles would have been doable but it was not simple to get this done. Had to ask reception but the bottles were only washed out with tap water!! They were returned empty. Other hotels we visited didn't have any issues with a simple request and they came back filled with cold water. So overall a disappointment with poor service.
Absolutely beautiful hotel with a fantastic, relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were superb throughout our stay, genuinely friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing resort, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also ideal, with lovely local restaurants and bars within easy reach. If you’re looking for something livelier, the nearest busy town is only around 4 miles away, and the hotel is more than happy to arrange a taxi for you.
A wonderful stay all round and somewhere we would happily return to.
Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and genuinely attentive, friendly staff. It’s a shame the weather wasn’t great, as we couldn’t fully enjoy the lovely pools and bar area. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from Rethymnon, which is manageable and pleasant. Despite the weather, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
Fantastic Staff, thank you Nicky, Savas, Gilda, Veronica, Konstantinos, Marianthi, Dimitra and everyone else that I have missed, my apologies. Will be back
Amazing resort. Rooms were beautiful. Pools were extremely clean and the grounds were very clean. George, the young man who brought my suitcases to my room was such a sweet guy. Very thoughtful, and going out of his way to help. I would recommend this resort to anyone and I will definitely stay here in the future. Next time I come to Greece.
The hotel is very new. I loved the bed! The sea view room we had was amazing to wake up to. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. I think there are a few areas of improvement- but NOTHING bad.
Our room wasn’t cleaned everyday which was a bit annoying and we didn’t like the fact there is very little space to hang your clothes. Other than that it was fabulous. We were half board and the food was lovely.
Thanks to the staff who helped me when I had an issue.
From Nalu Resort and Spa, we booked a room described as "double side sea view with sharing pool",
The room was:
- Double side, one side has the entrance door, other side a small balcony over the pool
- No sea view at all (check the attached mage)
when I discussed the situation with the reception, the guy guarenteed me that this is the room. It has
- double side
- very limited sea view (not at all, just looks to a dryed river bad)
- and an entrance to shared pool.
Pool of the hotel is not for swimming, just for posting instagram photos.
The hoteş has small land and a lot of rooms, so the area is small.
Faces to private houeses, gardens, and a river bed.
Food was average.
We ne ver felt comfortable, ,t is a rip off for the price.
Das hotel sehr modern und toll angelegt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer dadurch einen super Urlaub.
Ein kleiner Tipp-beim Abendessen war es unruhig, man fühlte man sich sehr gehetzt. Schade.

If we had been informed when booking of the extension to the Hotel we would not have booked as noisy and spoilt the relaxing holiday in this ‘ Luxury resort’ as it’s marketed .
It will be lovely when finished but we paid the price .
