"We loved the hotel and the staff were very polite and professional throughout. We had a lovely room 1205 and the view across London was amazing. Unfortunately we were disturbed on both nights by the family in the next room. They obviously had small children and the mother mostly was screaming at them to be quiet. "It is an excellent property, great condition in a beautiful location. I chose for access to Uber boats an over an under land. The pool is awesome, great view too.Due to a booking error we were bumped to a suite. Great views of the harbor, seperate sitting room. Comfy bed, awesome bathroom, modern bidet. The staff were very friendly an polite. There did appear to be communication issues between the depts, (It took 2.5 hours to get out luggage). The handyman was excellent he swapped out our broken...
