"Our assigned room was in the 1st floor and it was kind of dark because of poor lighting. Also half of the closet was occupied by a large ironing board, so the other half was limited space for hanging clothes. The safe was loacated on the floor pf the closet, and for us (an elderly couple of 76 and 75 years) it was almost impossible to get up from the floor to use it. The breakfast was ok but the price was elevated for 40 pounds, specially when we discovered there were plenty of nearby options for breakfast at a much lower cost; some in the same street as the hotel. The entire hotel staff was very accommodating and pleasant. However, the hotel was in a very good location."
