"Had to wait for the person to check us in at desk. When we got to room, shower had large blob of black hair in drain. Dishes were in the dishwasher and were still dirty. We had to wash all by hand. We needed garbage bag for garbage can and girl at front desk told us they did not have any. Coffee that was available was very good. When we wanted to check out no one was at front desk. I called out and waited about 15 minutes but had to leave. I left our cards and room assignment envelope on the desk. This place needs a little more TLC and staff that actually is at the desk when needed."

"Very nice new family and pet-friendly hotel close to the Buffalo airport. Rooms were well soundproofed so the noise level from flights was low. Breakfast had a lot of options, from granola and yogurt to waffles, pancakes or make your own egg sandwich. Location was convenient to major routes into the city or Thruway. Nice fitness room with ellipticals, bikes (including a Peloton) and treadmill plus weights, and plenty of room for yoga mat to stretch. There was also an indoor pool (popular with kids)."

"Took 35 minutes for a shuttle to get 2 miles from the airport, no call from desk clerk to alert driver. Room lock on door malfunctioning. Urine in the toilet upon entry into the bathroom, obviously left by cleaning staff or never checked. Absolutely disgusting."

"Almost every outlet in our rooms was covered by tape. Elevators are nightmare fuel with the shaking and rattling and horror-movie-esque hum. Heat/AC made a rattling squeak all night too"
