"Very comfortable stay for family vacation. The room is well-kept, with excellent amenities. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The Airport Limousine bus stops in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for getting in and out of Haneda and Narita Airpots. Double check the hours of operation thought because we arrived at 10pm and there was no more Airport Limousine. There is a train station right next to the hotel, and a local bus that goes...
"The worker at the store market place was so rude. No one around waiting in line to pay and she was so impatient as we were trying to figure out using all our Japanese coins and suica card with buying things in the store separately. Unbelievably rude! Sealed the deal that we won’t be coming back here"
